He even was very helpful on providing names of people that could help out with the actual work my husband and I could not do for ourselves. I am a doctor who is committed to excellence, so very few people wow me. Hojin wowed me! I needed to fix up a house that had been mistreated and abandoned by renters, but I lived 4 hours away. Hojin's vast experience of fixing up and selling homes was incredibly useful - he set me up with reliable handymen, painters, a floor company, etc - everyone that I needed in order to complete all the work in a very short period. Hojin knew how to ensure every step of the selling process was quick and without issues, providing me with much good advice, a discussion of the area's comparable properties, etc etc. I obtained full asking price and closed about 35 days after listing the property. Wow! I have had dealings with other realtors in the past, and no one comes close to Hojin's experience and professionalism. Why take the risk of using someone else in central Florida? With Hojin's knowledge and commitment and dedication, you get every penny's worth of the commission you pay.

Hojin and his team of professionals performed excellent work in listing and selling our house in a very short period of time. Hojin was able to provide expert advice and references for completing necessary painting and repairs in order to get the best value and quickest sale of our investment property. Hojin's initial estimates and financial disclosures were spot on. Hojin helped negotiate the final sales agreement and followed through with all the details necessary for a successful closing. His entire team, including recommended title company were pleasant and efficient. We will be using his services again in the future.
